Terms of Service
Terms governing access to and use of Invoice Platform.
Effective date: October 29, 2026
These Terms of Service apply to Invoice Platform, operated by Toledo Web Designs. By using the service, you agree to these terms and represent that you are authorized to act for the business account you access.
Authorized use
You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and only with client and invoice information you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the accuracy of information entered, the invoices you issue, and the security of your login credentials.
Phase 1 scope
The service helps authorized users manage clients, recurring invoice schedules, invoice records, and invoice documents. It does not process payments or maintain an accounts-receivable ledger in Phase 1. Invoice totals and statuses are operational records and are not accounting or legal advice.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person or business, or use the service to create deceptive or unlawful invoices.
Service availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Features may change as the product develops.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or suspended when necessary to protect users or platform security, address misuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms. Account data will be handled according to the Privacy Policy and applicable agreements.
