How to request export or deletion of information held by Invoice Platform.

Request an export or deletion

  1. Use the Toledo Web Designs contact form (opens in a new tab).
  2. Provide the business account name, your name, and a reply address. Never send a password or access token.
  3. Complete the identity and authority verification requested by Toledo Web Designs.
  4. Toledo Web Designs will review the verified request and explain any information that must be retained for legal, contractual, security, or backup purposes.

Client and invoice records

Deleting a client or invoice may affect historical records and document numbering. Account administrators should preserve any records required for tax, accounting, contractual, or legal purposes before requesting deletion.
